Lan Ha Bay

Situated south of Halong Bay, Lan Ha Bay features the same beautiful limestone karsts that define its neighbours, in addition to many white sandy beaches.  The Bay covers an area of more than 7,000 hectares; 5,400 of which belong to Cat Ba National Park.

Lan Ha Bay has about 140 sandy beaches which lie at the feet of a stretch of limestone mountains. Conveniently, the abundance of beaches in Lan Ha Bay means that you can easily find a private beach where you can either sunbathe or go exploring.

Due to the calm waters, kayaking is the best way to discover the pristine beauty of Lan Ha Bay. You can kayak freely around the limestone karsts and explore the fishing villages. Whenever you want to swim, just put the kayak and paddle aside and dive in to the emerald water. After swimming and kayaking you can find a beach and rest at any time.
